Join Us for

A weekend of landscape photography training

Experience the beauty of Valley of Fire and the Vegas Strip with the guidance of a professional photographer. You will leave inspired with new skills, techniques, and amazing images.

Our first session is at Valley of Fire State Park. World-renowned for its 40,000 acres of bright red Aztec sandstone outcrops nestled in gray and tan limestone, Valley of Fire State Park contains ancient, petrified trees and petroglyphs dating back more than 2,000 years. It is Nevada’s oldest state park with an amazing view at each turn and it’s just an hour away from Las Vegas.

For our second session we’ll hit The Strip – a vibrant playground full of visual stimulation – themes hotels, iconic neon lights, dancing fountains, and street performers.

We’ll conclude the workshop with the Image Workflow & Post Processing session, where you will learn how to use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to enhance your images.

Transportation is included during the workshop to Valley of Fire and back to the meeting spot on the Strip. All other needs are your responsibility.

Safety is Important

It’s important to be aware of your surroundings as there can be wildlife and the terrain is uneven. It will make for a positive experience at the workshop.

Temperatures will vary. The terrain is rocky and parts are sandy. If you have any medical concerns, please seek your physician’s professional advice.

Stay hydrated even before you arrive for the workshop. Water will be provided at the workshop.

Our shoot starts at 6AM but with travel time and set up for our first shot, we will need to leave at 4:30AM from The Strip in Las Vegas.
